ZeroCut: Bar bending schedules from drawings

From structural drawings to a checked BBS. It asks, never guesses.

ZeroCut reads structural drawings and produces a checked bar bending schedule (BBS), then the cutting and bending plan for the yard. Anything it is unsure of goes to the designer as a question with a zoomed crop of the drawing, never a guess. It learns each contractor’s drawings and standards, and every learned item can be undone.

ZeroCut sheet review: a structural drawing beside the list of lines read from it, marked for review
Reads the drawing, line by line. The sheet beside every line read from it. Lines that feed the BBS come first; each is confirmed, corrected or flagged.
ZeroCut members list: footings, columns and beams with their bar definitions and review status
Every member, with its evidence. Footings, columns, beams and slabs found on the drawings, with their bars and sizes, and what still needs checking.
ZeroCut questions: engineering decisions the bar schedule needs, each with an answer box
It asks. It never guesses.. Sizes and lengths the drawings do not give become questions for the designer. The schedule waits until they are answered.
ZeroCut design check: counts of short, not checked and enough steel, with a beam short of top steel at the support
Checked against the design. ETABS or SAFE design tables linked to drawing marks, and the drawn steel checked along each beam, not just at the maximum.
